He has been instrumental in developing 25 plus products with the highest product portfolio of 300 million USD/annum. He is a firm believer of sharing knowledge and agile methodologies with the young generation.

Customer journey champion with over 20 years of experience in solving customer experience challenges. Suresh has spearheaded tech-support programs for brands, like Apple Computers, Intel, Flipkart, Meesho, Yes Bank and many more. He holds the position of CRO and has also played an instrumental role in developing Mind QA (AI-driven speech-to-text) and MWP (Workforce Lifecycle Management) products.
