Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for API testing, automation, and manual testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring adequate test coverage for new features and enhancements.

Skillset
- Proven experience of 7-9 years in QA management, with a strong focus on API testing, automation, and manual testing.
- Experience in leading and managing small teams in a product company or similar environment.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android), web applications, PWA and single-page applications is essential. Candidates should be proficient in testing methodologies specific to these platforms, such as mobile app testing tools and frameworks, web application testing tools, and single-page application testing techniques.
